Unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, a store credit or a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please be advised that items may take 5-7 business days to ship depending on availability and shipping destination. Special order sizes and items may take longer.
For returns, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless merchandise is defective.
Orders paid for by personal check or money order are not eligible for refunds. These orders may be exchanged for a different size or style, but no refunds will be issued.
Discounted or special sale items are final sale and nonrefundable.
Customers that order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. We discourage double ordering for sizing so please note each product description. Some styles are looser fitting which is noted on each product page accordingly. Also please note that some men V-neck shirts are cut different and may be shorter in length than the crew neck tees.
No returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Onvoi Creative LLC & Fete Tees is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and shrinkage. Refer to clothing label for care instructions.
